‘Stille’ for Google Arts & Culture

Google Arts & Culture asked the team at Lovers to help them explore the concept of silence through a meditative short film. I led the project from start to finish, conducting research into the science behind silence, scripting, storyboarding, writing the case study, and working closely with our custom-built team of creators: filmmaker Thomas Riedelshiemer, who kindly gave us access to a treasure trove of silence moments caught on camera, and Kira Belin who crafted the sonically-rich soundscape.
